It is very comfortable. I would love to learn the level 2 movements as well.
Last day, just in time! I am glad I could participate. I could feel the flow of Qi in my body and I could feel the grounding of my body. Thank you very much.
At first, I was tired of being heavy and stiff, and it was difficult to feel the sensations in my body, which I was not accustomed to, but gradually it became easier, and I was able to feel the sensations. By repeating the same series day after day, I was able to slowly familiarize myself with my mind and body. The sharing time with Kiyo and everyone at the end was also very good. Being able to be together with my peers and being able to share frankly about body and mind (symptoms and current situation) with those who shared the same feelings and resonated with Kiyo from the beginning, I felt a deep sense of familiarity and security in no time at all. Listening to Kiyo and everyone's stories gave me hope again and made me feel excited. Thank you for listening to me again. It was very encouraging and gave me hope and support. Thank you so much, Kiyo, for this opportunity! 💐💖🍵✨
It was my first experience, and I was struggling to follow along, but after the practice I was convinced by the conversation with the participants that we should receive Qi from the universe and take it into ourselves to regulate our Qi. I would like to focus on regulating my Qi from the inside and outside from now on.
I was reminded once again that I appreciate the environment in which we can experience together, share what we feel on the spot, and receive immediate feedback from Kiyo, since Qi is constantly moving (internal and external) and each individual has his or her own physical condition, mood, and individual differences.
I thought acupressure and qigong were effective. I also thought the teacher's way of thinking was wonderful.
A received more knowledge about acupressure and qigong. It was good to hear about the universe.
I felt the tremendous influence of Qi on the body and the realization of being at one with nature.
I feel lighter, less tired, and my hands are warm.
I easily quit when it comes to exercising on my own. I want to make Qigong a daily habit.
I would like to recommend medical qigong to those who often feel cold.
I was able to better understand and experience the qigong and pressure points through direct instruction of actual time and practice of 5 consecutive days of intensive work (qigong and pressure points). I was happy to be taught qigong movements according to my own situation at that time and was also able to feel my own qi moving more than before. Thank you very much!
First of all, my toes are warmer after receiving medical qigong, and I feel as if my whole body is energized.
I was hoping to do some kind of exercise that would be an extension of Kiyo’s acupressure course. Tai Chi? Yoga? I was thinking about Tai Chi, Yoga, etc. when I found out about Kiyo’s course about Qigong and standing Zen. I was attracted to it. It was an amazing experience, and on the last day, my hands started to feel warm. Kiyo explained to me that the coldness had gone away, and I felt like I want to do qigong for the rest of my life.
I had a pleasant experience each time. I felt a pain in my chest area, which gave me a sense that the Qi was moving through my body and healing the blocked areas.
This was my first time doing qigong. I especially liked the feeling of being calm and refreshed afterwards.
I was glad that I was able to work on it for five consecutive days and spend more time feeling the presence and relationship of Qi and body in my daily life. The presence of other participants was also encouraging, and I was able to see examples of how to apply it to individual differences and to my physical condition at the time. I was also able to experience that qigong has its own specific movements and that the Qi changes accordingly. As always, Kiyo's stories were very interesting and exciting, and I felt the mystery and health of Qi and body. Thank you very much!
I learned that Medical Qigong is a process of putting cosmic energy in, purging impurities, and returning to one’s natural state – rebirth!
